Rockwell Ridge includes multiple units. You may see other guests on the grounds, but there is plenty of space and your stay should remain peaceful and private. If you’re traveling with a larger group, ask us about booking multiple units or the full property.

Rockwell Ridge includes four distinct units. While you may see other guests on the grounds, each space is designed to offer privacy, tranquility, and the feel of a boutique mountain retreat.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and the other suites. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We want you to have an amazing stay and make the most of your time here. We’ll give you plenty of privacy to relax and enjoy the space, but we’re always just a message or call away if you need anything. • Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum during these hours

• Voices, music, and fire pit gatherings should be respectful of nearby homes and other guests on the property

• Outdoor music must remain low volume at all times

• No amplified outdoor sound after 10 PM

• Small personal Bluetooth speakers are permitted if they do not disturb others

• Events and parties require prior approval

• Larger gatherings are only permitted when coordinated in advance to ensure compliance with local expectations and to avoid impacting other guests on the estate

Rideshare availability is limited and inconsistent in this rural area, especially late at night or during off-peak times. Some guests use Uber or Lyft successfully for winery visits, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend planning transportation in advance if you intend to use rideshare services.

The immediate property is ideal for walking, with miles of private trails, creeks, and open land to explore. However, destinations outside the property—including wineries and restaurants—require driving.

🚲 Biking

Biking is possible for experienced cyclists, but roads are rural, narrow, and often hilly. Guests should use caution, especially on Route 151 where vehicle traffic can be heavy on weekends.

• Several days prior to check-in, you’ll receive a link to a digital guest manual.

• It includes arrival instructions, WiFi, property info, and local recommendations.

▹ Is this a private space?

• Yes—Chestnut Suite has a private entrance and private suite interior.

• The grounds and some outdoor areas (like the deck/parking) are shared with other units.

▹ Does the suite have a kitchen?

• This suite does not have a full kitchen.

• It includes a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and a small dining area for light meals and snacks.

▹ Is the suite quiet?

• The Chestnut Suite shares a wall with the Dogwood Suite.

• Some guests occasionally notice sound from neighboring guests. We’ve added additional insulation to help reduce this.

▹ Can I ship packages to the home?

• We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the property, as multiple vendors may access the grounds and package security cannot be guaranteed.

• If you need to ship something, message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

▹ Can you pick up groceries and/or run other errands for me ahead of my arrival?

• Yes—we’re happy to try to help when possible.

• We charge $25 per hour, plus the cost of any items purchased, to complete errands on your behalf.

• Past guests have had us assist with grocery runs, catering coordination, and stocking the fridge with drinks.

• Outdoor speakers must remain at reasonable volume only.

• Landscaping and trash service may occur during your stay to keep the property in excellent condition.

• The property has a backup generator to maintain essential power during outages.
