Perfect for families, friends, and group getaways, The Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests by combining our spacious 3-bedroom Inn with the private Garden Suite. Enjoy panoramic Blue Ridge views, a vaulted great room, two fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and separate living spaces that offer the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

The Lodge combines two distinct accommodations at Rockwell Ridge: the 3-bedroom Inn and the private Garden Suite, connected by an interior staircase. Each offers its own kitchen, bathroom facilities, and comfortable living spaces, making it ideal for families or groups who appreciate room to spread out.
Rockwell Ridge is a 20+ acre mountain property with four distinct accommodations. Your Inn, Garden Suite, and main deck are private, while the trails, creeks, fire pit, parking, and portions of the grounds are shared with guests staying in the neighboring Chestnut and Dogwood Suites.
Up to 4 dogs are welcome with prior approval ($50 per pet, per stay). Quiet hours are 10 PM–10 AM. Events and gatherings require prior approval.
For larger groups or complete privacy across the property, explore The Retreat, our exclusive-use booking option featuring the Inn, Chestnut Suite, and Dogwood Suite, and Garden Suite with no other overnight guests on-site.

Enjoy the tranquility of the Blue Ridge Mountains with easy access to Veritas Winery (~2 minutes), Nelson 151 wineries and breweries (2–10 minutes), the Blue Ridge Parkway (~15 minutes), Wintergreen Resort (~20 minutes), and Charlottesville (~35–40 minutes).
A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding wine country and mountain attractions.

Perfect spot to have a family reunion! Host has thoughtfully and generously provided many helpful things to make our stay very enjoyable. Deck was a favorite spot to read and enjoy the beautiful weather and the peaceful view. Highly recommend!

We rented this home with a group of six and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, giving everyone space and privacy. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable—definitely worth mentioning! The location was perfect for our trip, with beautiful bucolic scenery and easy access to hiking, wineries, and Charlottesville. Our group enjoyed some challenging hikes and the Crozet Wine Trolley Loop tour. We also ventured into Charlottesville for a concert and were back at the house in less than 30 minutes. A great home base for exploring everything the area has to offer!
