• Power outages are rare, but the property has a backup generator for essential power during weather-related outages

• Landscaping and trash service may occur during your stay; vendors are instructed to minimize disruption and respect quiet hours

Rideshare availability is limited and inconsistent in this rural area, especially late at night or during off-peak times. Some guests use Uber or Lyft successfully for winery visits, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend planning transportation in advance if you intend to use rideshare services.

The immediate property is ideal for walking, with miles of private trails, creeks, and open land to explore. However, destinations outside the property—including wineries and restaurants—require driving.

• Yes—this reservation includes the Inn + both suites, so your group will not share these spaces with other guests.

• Note: the Garden Suite/basement unit is not included in this booking.

▹ Can I ship packages to the home?

• We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the property, as multiple vendors access the grounds and package security cannot be guaranteed.

• If you need to ship something, please send us a message in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you when possible.

▹ Can you pick up groceries and/or run other errands for me ahead of my arrival?

• Yes—we’re happy to try to help when possible.

• We charge $25 per hour, plus the cost of any items purchased, to complete errands on your behalf.

• Past guests have had us assist with grocery runs, catering coordination, party prep, assembling items, hauling luggage, and stocking the fridge with drinks. Please message us ahead of time so we can confirm timing and availability.

• Outdoor speakers must remain at reasonable volume only.

• No amplified sound and no outdoor music after 10 PM.

• Small personal Bluetooth speakers are allowed at low volume, provided they do not disturb neighbors.

▹ Are the suites quiet?

• Chestnut and Dogwood are designed for comfort, but they share a wall.

• Some guests occasionally notice sound from neighboring suite areas. We’ve added additional insulation to help reduce this.

▹ Will vendors be on-site during my stay?

• Landscaping and trash service may occur during your stay to keep the property in excellent condition.

• Vendors are instructed to respect quiet hours and minimize guest disruption.
